Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. Returns are not accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date. To begin the return process, contact us at info@britexplorer.com. Please make sure the items are unused, and still in their original packaging with all tags attached. Bear in mind that you are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refunds
After we receive your returned package, we’ll inspect it. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
Changed your mind and want a different item? No problem! Just reach out to us at info@britexplorer.com with the details of what you’d like to exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@britexplorer.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.
